Hi,Is there a way to download a list of waiting for others to sign, on to an excel sheet? Thanks 

Before I would let people sign the contract I would like to show them the package we'd like to offer them. Is it possible to add this image as an extra page before the signing process starts? See an example above of where this would fit in. Kind regards   

I’ve been wandering in Docusign wasteland for 45 minutes trying to find instructions on how to change my account from myself to the person who has purchased my company. She (understandably) would like her OWN name to show on Docusigns, and she is taking over the payment of the account. She also would like to retain the archived transaction files for the past many years. Can anyone help? I can’t find a way to contact Docusign. Thanks in advance. 

Hi in powerautomate i want to give a user permission to edit the document. Instead i get this error the whole time:{"ConnectorException":"Status code=BadRequest, Message='ValidationFailure: Account does not have permission to send to Editor recipient type.'"} I have also enabled the reciepents to edit in the advenced settings.Even when im trying to make a envelop manual. And i'm turning in advanced settings the edit option on. I cannot give the permission to edit a document.    

Have Business Pro.I need more envelopes than the 100 allotted.It seems to purchase more, it adds another seat (user).The seat seems to require a different email.How can I get more envelopes for my current user email?

I have a document I need to sign but I have not received the code via phone all to access it. I have tried multiple times and even used the alternate method and still no success. How do I get access to sign this necessary document? 

Do you experience that, when sending an envelope with many templates to 1 recipient that requires a signature first from me and then from them, that multiple recipient boxes pop up ie. more recipients with each template added? If so, how do you prevent this from happening so that there is just you and the one recipient? 

Everytime I click on "review Documents" I get this error message "Envelope or Account Activation not found" What do I need to do to clear this message so I can try to see the document.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a free DocuSign account set up and I was just about to send a contract to be signed by the recipient, however, It has come up on my account that I’ve reached my envelope limit. This does not make sense as it says online “if you're collecting signatures, you can only send three documents with a free DocuSign account” However, I’ve sent way over three documents through out this year and last year, so I don’t understand why I didn’t get this exceeding limit before? I’ve sent more than three before. 

When I login on my phone, it asks for a Verification code. once i input that, the app locks up.  Also when i try to login on my computer, it says ‘unable to login’ ask for support..Anybody else have these login issues? & if so..what do i do?..i have uninstalled the app on my phone & reinstalled but no difference.  once i try to get support, it asks me to login..but lets remember..THATS THE PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE..haha

Dear all, I have Admin rights at Account level. I know that DocuSign strongly recommend to have at least 2 administrator “If you have a paid account with two or more users, each time you log in, DocuSign verifies that you have more than one active full administrator on the account. If your account has only one full administrator, an information banner appears at the top of the page.”Based on our Sandbox environment I know that we can have more than 5 Admin.  Is it the same rules at Administration level ? Regards

Could you please clarify why DocuSign is limited to 25MB per signing folder?Is it possible to increase the usable volume?Thank you.

Is it possible to prevent users from deleting envelopes? A customer is asking as the admin of the account, and for audit purposes wants users to not have the ability to delete completed envelopes.  Thanks! 

Can parties sign a document and have their signatures released only at a later time?

Hello I am hoping someone can provide some guidance here. It is my first time posting on here so please let me know if there is any additional information I should provide to help clarify my question below. I am sending an envelope with three parties. Two signers and one person who will only receive a copy of the completed envelope. After the signers complete their signatures is there a way to set a limited time frame the person receiving the copy can view it? I just want the copy to be available/viewable for up to seven days after it has been signed.  I did not see a setting or function for this and deleting the envelope after 7 days manually seemed to still give the recipient of the copy access to view the document.  Thank you!

Doc won’t send - error message “Account does not have permission to set Allow Comments”. I never set “Allow Comments” nor can find where to turn them off

Hi I got a document to sign but i wasn’t logged in at the time.I have the details such as envelop ID etc. How can i add this document to my account for my records?I don’t see an obvious button to do so. The document was sent to a different email address that my DocuSign account currently uses.  Thanks

We are testing the delegation capabilities of DocuSign in our Demo account.  We are set up to delegate and are able to assign an active delegate.  The delegate never receives anything even when active.  Is the delegation function available in a Demo account?

I have 2 formula questions: I have travel meal allowance at $41.25 for the first and last day of travel.  I want my formula to add both days($82.50) if the leave date and return date are different, If the leave date and return date are the same then I want to see only $41.25 in the total.  How do I accomplish this?   Our in-between days meal allowance is $55.  This is my formula to add the $55 meal allowance.  (DateDiff( [Return Date] , [Departure Date] )- 1)* 55    I was testing my form.  I selected the leave date and return date as the same day.  That total came up to 82.50 on my first and last day formula and -$55 on my in-between day.  How do I fix this?  When the departure and return dates are different, the in-between date formula correctly calculates at $0.00.
