I sent a document for two parties to sign.  One got it and it and all went well.  The other person’s copy showed up in their mailbox looking like it was in Cyrillic alphabet or a foreign language.  Any clues why or how to fix?

@Robin Elliott

The sender is either able to specify a custom language for each recipient, when enabled in the account or it will use the default language of the sender to choose the language for the email notification.

If a recipient has a Docusign account, notifications will be send in the language the recipient specified in his account. This will overwrite whatever the sender has specified, e.g. a custom email language.

This Docusign support article on recipient language has additional information.
