Hello DocuSign Community,

I am in the process of integrating DocuSign E-signature with Salesforce for my organization. Typically, I understand that once a document is sent for signature, the recipient receives an email with a link to sign the document.

However, in our workflow, the user who initiates the document for signature is also the sole signer in some cases. In this particular scenario, I'd like to streamline the process by directly opening the signing page for the user, bypassing the need for an email route.

Is there a feature or a method within DocuSign that facilitates such a process? If so, could you please guide me on how to implement this?

Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @patil kk !

Thank you for your post in our Community!

Yes, there is! We have a feature called Embedded signing, when you can generate the signature URLs and open it directly on Salesforce or create a custom button to get this URL and redirect the user to our website.

Please, check this guide to get more information: Developers: Embedded signing

Also, you can check our blog post and our youtube video about this topic too.
