Can you unvoid an envelope?

I'm noticing that some of our envelopes are being voided because they are expiring. Is there a way you can undo an already voided envelope? I have a customer asking for us to extend the envelope and I don't know how.

Template input tab order

I have created a template where the first signer has to fill out a form to include name, address, phone number, etc. I used text boxes for the places they are required to enter information. The problem is when a user starts to fill out the form the tab key doesn't let them fill it out in order. it might take them from first name to phone number to zip code and back to last name.... Is there a way to set the order in which the signer would tab through the form?

How do I add radio buttons to a new template?

I have a template where the signers need to select only one of two checkboxes. I saw that a "radio button" would be the correct field to add, but I am not seeing a "radio button" option in my standard fields. How can I add this?

CFR Part 11 - Remove the "Signing Reason" Parameter from the Signature tab?

I have sent a document for signature. The document needs to be signed exactly the way the name appears on the signature line ... but the person signing did not sign it that way. The document is now completely executed by all parties. Is it possible to erase one signature and have that person sign again or does it have to be re-sent and signed by all parties again? Thanks.

How can CC'd recipients see the message sent to the signer?

We want the CC'd recipients to see the message content that is sent to the signer. How do we add the message in a way that all parties that receive a copy of the DocuSign envelope see everything including the message?

Adding a date field Not of date signed

Hi, I want to add an additional field that will be another date (in the future) to a field that is 30, 60 or 90 days in the future. I'm thinking it is =TODAY+60 but I cannot get it to work in a text field as part of the conditional formatting or rules. I know there is some sort of logic for a role but cannot seem to figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

How to manage multiple signatures on a single document?

Hello, I'm trying out DocuSign for the first time, to expedite the signing of an agreement that will require four signatures. Instructions on the website show an example with a single signature, but it's not clear to me how each of the four parties to the agreement will end up with a copy with all four signatures. Does everyone have to have a DocuSign account to make this work? Thanks in advance!

Signing resource file

We like to secure our envelopes by using the access code. I want to change the default message users see when prompted for the access. For that, I modified the following tags in the XML resource file: name="ActivationSec_AccessCodeMsgDefault" name="ActivationSec_AccessCodeMsgDefault_Mobile" however, this had no effect on the message shown to the signer. I searched the file for other tags, but I can't find the default message anywhere else. Does anybody know which other tags should be modified? Thank you

Hand Written Templates

We are currently using DocuSign successfully, however, some clients like to print out the template, fill it out with a pen and send it back. Is there any way that DocuSign can "read" the handwriting from an uploaded scan and fill in the template digitally AND include the customer's pen signature?

I have a Regex validation expression to validate phone numbers. 2 questions: 1. Can I add the substitution code to format the results? Signing Session Timeout?

Hello DocuSign Community, As my first contact with DocuSign i got a link from my new employer to sign in. After all in all 3x different links and many tries on different browsers the result is always the same: While open the link i get an error from DocuSign that my session is ended cause of inactivity. Where might be the fault?

Place placeholder for Initials on multiple pages

We have usually put initials on every page of a contract to make sure that our suppliers reviewed every single page. Now with DocuSign, it is a very time-consuming way to put the placeholder for initials on every page of the contract which could include a huge number of pages. Is there a way to tell DocuSign, that the placeholder for initials have to be placed on EVERY page when I am preparing the document to send it to the request for signature?

Changing signature size for signers

I get back signatures that are either very small or so large that they obscure other fields. If I select the "Sign a Document" option on the main DocuSign page, I can adjust my signature size just fine. If I am sent a document to sign, I cannot. When I am setting the signature field, I can make it smaller, but not bigger. I am not using scanned documents, so there shouldn't be a problem with the resolution. Is there a way to fix this? Please advise. Thank you.

Want to: Send to bulk list with different templates

Hi, I'm new to DocuSign, loving the premise of it, but not wanting to create additional work. I'll list my proposed idea to show what I am wanting to do, but am open to achieving the same results with a different method. What I want to do: I want to send to ~100 users every 3-4 weeks, each with a unique template, but don't want to send 100 different envelopes, I'd rather assign (via CSV or whatever) who gets what template and send all at once. It's easy enough for me to get the list to send to, and look up to assign template names, etc. for each record. Is this possible in DocuSign? I couldn't find anything remotely close when messing around with sending documents and couldn't find anything in the community about doing this. Thanks in advance!
