How can I send the same document out every month and after signature the signed document is sent to multiple people?

All,

Does anyone know how to do the following on Docusign:

  1. send a form out on a regular/monthly basis. It is the same form sent each time.
  2. a group of people get emailed notification and a copy of the executed document after it is sent out monthly and filled in/executed.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

You can create a template and have it ready to go each month.   It is not possible to have is go out on a regular/monthly basis.  When you set up the template it can include all information needed and simple click Use and Send Now.

Your template can include people that will receive a copy once the envelope is completed. Use a signing order and add recipients that need a copy at the end of the workflow.
