How to bulk export form data?

We used a template 37 times to get responses to the same question. I want to bulk export the form data so that all 37 peoples info is in the same spread sheet (like an export from a survey or online form).

Is there a way to do that?

To be clear, NOT the envelope data, the form data from the fields in the document.

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

The best way to achieve that is using an Agreement Action, but such rule should be created before you used 37 times your template. Using an Agreement action rule will permit to filter by a template then the results can be automatically saved in a spreadsheet with the resultants completed envelopes information.

Note: Agreement Actions is available in Business Pro and above eSignature account plans.

Another way is to download manually the form data. Go to the Manage page, find the envelope(s). Look to the right button with an arrow then click in Form data.

@Justin Jiang - Nope, it is not. Smart Rule has many more events to evaluate and actions to be taken.
