Does fully executed contracts automatically get emailed back to all parties? So they have it for their documentation/records?

If it does not can it and how do I make it happen?

Thanks

@chfisher Default behavior of a Sent envelope is to send out a “completion” notification to all Recipients who are set to either “Needs to Sign”, “Needs to View” or “Receives a Copy” as their Recipient Type. The exception is that the Recipient may have individually turned off notifications of envelope completion but that is a User based setting that cannot be controlled by the envelope Sender. Note that an “attachment” of the document to the completion notification can be controlled by a setting in the DocuSign Account of the Sender but if the Recipient has a DocuSign account they are still able to access the envelope and download/print the document.

Hello, @chfisher

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

Yes, it is.

Adding some additional comments to what @David.Schmitz explained.

After an envelope get completed, all parties receive an email notification with the attached signed documents.

You can configure some settings for this in the Settings page.
