I have sent a document to myself. I can see the document in my inbox attached to Docusign. However, when I click on the file to view it (in the preview pane on the right hand side) my boxes i had dragged over there for signing and the date do not show up. If I send it to someone else they are able to view the boxes just fine. I thought that I could see them before, was there a change? 

I just paid the $15.00 to start docusign (have always had free version)… so why can’t I send an envelope? It’s telling me I need to pay… but I just did??

I’m working on an application development, in that we would like to implement agreement signature using DocuSign. We have a PDF agreement that will be uploaded in the application and it will be vary by users. This PDF has to be signed by 2 parties, we would like to implement with in the application. As per the existing examples are sending an email to the signer to sign the PDF electronically. But in my case the signature to be accepted via our application. Once both parties are signed the completed PDF will be downloaded from our application.Kindly anyone suggest how can I use DocuSign to implement this feature. Thanks in advance.

Hello,we would like to use DocuSign for power of attorneys for our annual general meeting. Every year we have about 250 power of attorney documents filled out. Our ideal process should be like:Companys cancel their participation at your annual meeting in a booking form in our extranet (this is obligatory) Then, a document should be opened (API conncetion DocuSign to our extranet would be provided) where the authoriser has to fill in his company name, a certain number and the company who will be his authorised representative. He finally signs the document. this document should then be sent to this authorised representative who signes it as well finally the document should come back to us to be included in certain booking information connected to the registration at our annual meetingOr is it possible to map this whole process in online forms with only a completely filled out document as a result of the input in the forms at t

Hey All, just looking to see if anyone else has had a similar issue which started happening today 22nd of March. Basically events received from DocuSign regarding envelope updates are no longer possible to Parse with .Net 8. Hello, we had a recent change in domain of our organization from @harsco.com to @cleanearth.com. We have one user who had the account with previous harsco domain and after the domain change we created a new account with cleanearth domain because of the SSO login issue. Now user is looking to merge both accounts and need his old account templates. Please help me fix this issue. 

We have added configuration in DocuSign→ Integration→ Connect → Add configuration→ Configured API URL → checked all the Trigger event for DocuSign.When I tried to run the power automate it is giving me the below error. Could anyone let us know what is the cause of failing this power automate 

Hi.  Wondering if anyone else has inquired about the ability to sort the Action Needed list by date, oldest to newest?  Seem totally logical to me that this would be a feature so that the oldest items appear at the top of the list.I inquired about this several years ago and, best I can tell, there have been no enhancements to the user interface since we started using DocuSign.  It also seems like an incredibly easy enhancement to implement.If I’m missing something, please share.Thanks!  

HelloA witness is required to sign a document in an envelope sent out to them. The signer specifies their witness. Is there any way in which you can limit the witness viewing the whole document within the DocuSign envelope and just limit their viewing/access to the signing page they are required to sign?I have had a look on “Sending Settings” visibility for envelope recipients but it does not give me an option to change the Document Visibility within this tab.  There is also a Note stating that “A document cannot be hidden from a recipient if the recipient has tabs assigned to them on the document”.This indicates to me that if a witness has tabs on a document, there is no way to limit that witness from viewing the full document and only limiting their access to the signing page in question. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this to see if my request is possible?Thank you

A document was sent to Individual 1 and signed.  The document was forwarded for signature to Individual 2. What does Individual 1 see. 1. Do they know the document was forwarded? 2. Can they access the document after it was signed by Individual 2?Thanks. 

I have a PDF document with three Word pages and 2 PowerPoint slides, all merged in one document. Word pages are vertical and PPT ones are horizontal. When I upload the document in DocuSign all pages are shown in vertical disposition so you won’t be able to look the whole image in PPT slides. I send envelopes containing the same kind of pages all the time and this has never happened to me before. I don’t know if there’s a way to change pages orientation or how I’m supposed to fix this. Any idea? Thank you!

Good afternoon,  How do I get permission to send an envelope?  What does that process look like?

I sent an envelope to be signed by several users.  The user’s company has their own Docusign account that seems to be preventing them from signing in. Part of the error message says that their company has configured the application to block users unless they are specifically granted (‘assigned’) access to the application. How can I help them get signed in to sign my company’s envelope?  

I want to send a contract to a client for signature. Lender wants the report to show the clients email address and their mobile number. How can I get their mobile number to show on the report as when setting up the document for Esign there is no where that it lets you enter a mobile number only email address. Hope this makes sense!

I have below use case :Get users pending envelopes. I have to find all pending envelopes for any user using email Id. Any sender can sent the envelopes to user and I have to find the list of the envelopes user has pending actions.Which endpoint should use to get this information ?

I’m trying to correct a document as the other party’s signatory has changed.We have signed, the other party has not. I select Correct then a message “Missing fields for recipients” comes up and I select Add Fields but nothing happens. I don’t want to have to void the entire document and resend but that appears my only option.

DocuSign seems designed to waste time in very small increments.1)            Times out too quickly. Then I must hit Log-in on the First page. Username on Second page. Password on Third page.  With autofill I should just be able to hit one button on the First page and be done.2)            When typing text, the box turns into almost a square that I must resize and reorient.  When is that a helpful feature?  Just leave what I type how I typed it. No brainer.3)            Pages don’t preload so there is a lag when scrolling.  If DS wants to avoid unnecessary data usage on the server, at least preload the very next page as one scrolls.4)            The new # field:  If I want a decimal point, I will type it.  Why are they default?  Just use text.5)            When uploading docs with fields, why the floating bubbles that tell me they were detected?  Why must I individually X out of each of them in order to see my screen and use the program?6)

First time trying to use docusign, requesting banking information from Customer’s for automatic ACH payments. I need their bank’s 9 digit routing and their bank account number ranging from 5-17 digits. What field do I use to gather this information? Also, using a radio button to select between checking and savings account, but it does not display in preview. Please help!

Hi community,I have created a Word Document which is formatted as a table. If I upload it to DocuSign eSignature additional lines are created and the top of page two onwards is shifted down.Did anyone have a similar problem and know how to fix it in Word/DocuSign?Of course I can export the file as pdf every time before uploading it, but I hope for a general solution.Thank you!

Is there any way to bring both email and signing logo(primary & secondary logo) in the DocuSign Notification email using resource file. 

I need to get a signature/ approval from 2 signers. I can create an envelope with either the same or customized email messages to the two signers. The 1st signer would like to be able to edit the email message to the 2nd signer but I can’t work out how to do this. The 1st signer doesn’t need to edit the document, just the email message

I have receive an email saying:“You are receiving this notification because (“MY COMPANY”) Onboarding Team has a document retention policy. Your signed documents for 'Please DocuSign: New Hire Paperwork (FILL OUT) Updated.pdf, Finance Data Sheet.pdf, Foreign Cor...' will be removed from DocuSign.Is this DocuSign doings or did my company removed this? Curious if my company did this or something else? Any help would help.  Thank you. 

This question is primarily based on using the DocuSign C# SDK.However, pure restapi based answers would be fine as well. I am implementing SMS as an additional delivery option via the SDK. Currently using the Envelope EventNotification property to setup callback/webhooks on a per-envelope basis. The process is working fine and I see where we can subscribe to Recipient events and Envelope events, but I’m not finding a method of capturing the SMS Events. It would be great if we could capture the sms-opt-in and sms-opt-out events as part of the per-envelope webhook/envelope definition. Is there any way to do this, or am I stuck with defining a Connect instance?I was hoping to define a per-envelope handler as it’s trivial to configure the callback url to contain various systems data needed to efficiently process the events without abusing the envelope custom fields, envelope attachments, or persisting a separate da

I'm wondering if there's a way to apply multiple validations to a text field. For instance, let's say I want that field to comply with the MM/dd/yyyy format, but at the same time, the date should be a future date (not today)... or another scenario, suppose I have two date fields, and I want the first one to accept only past dates (Issue Date), while the second one should only accept dates after what's defined in the first date field (Expiration Date). Do you have any recommendations for achieving this?

I have a simple rental agreement. The last two pages call for signature for me (The landlord) and the tenants. When I sent the document for the tenants to sign, they are telling me that they’re only allowed to sign one page but not the next. Also, when I sign my part, it doesn’t allow me to move forward it’s prompting me to have them sign before I can move forward, please someone advice,
