Question

Docusign/Notarization

I am trying to get a document signed and e-notarized, but cannot find any software options from Docusign to do so. Does Docusign have licensed notaries in the system ready to complete these tasks, or do I need to find my own notary and then add her/him to the standard signature process?

DocuSign indeed offers a specific solution for e-notarization called DocuSign Notary, which allows you to notarize documents electronically. However, the notary needs to register as DocuSign notary. Look at the support article below: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/DocuSign-Notary-How-to-Perform-Remote-Online-Notarization?language=en_US
