signer doesnt see the signing box

I have sent an enveloppe where someone needs to sign, but the signer doesnt see the box where to sign. in my document it is there, but in his document it isnt.

When he clicks on the left yellow arrow to start what happens?

You can suggest him to use another browser, perhaps the one being used by him is not updated.
