100 Envelopes, since when?

Since when was 100 envelopes the maximum?

That works out at £2.40 per envelope.

Need a cheaper alternative, being using docusign for years and never had a warning close to limit. Only 6 months into my subscription and need to add more :(

Hello, @Samantha CWelcome to the Docusign Community!The account plans Standard and Business Pro has a 100 envelopes limit by user by year.As you mentioned, in the last 6 months you have used the 100 envelopes that indicates you will need to do a forecast planning for the next 6 months, for example, are you going to use 100 envelopes or more? You can add more envelopes through your Plan and Billing in your account Setting menu.However, if your envelopes’use is growing, I’d suggest to you contact our Sales team to negotiate a better plan to be a fit for your needs.Let me know if I have responded your question.Best,Alexandre
