Why am I not seeing any “new” or “add” template option on DocuSign?

@lanicaumali - That is most likely your permission profile.   You might need to work with your Account Administrator to adjust your permissions. 

 


How do I know who is the admin? Is there a window or page showing who the admin is so i can reach out to the person?


@lanicaumali - Is your DocuSign account part of your company's enterprise services or is this your own paid DocuSign account?
