DocuSign Resending Old Envelopes

About a week ago contracts, agreements pricing, and even voided envelopes have started being resent automatically, even though no one internally has requested. For example, I’ve the same completed new customers agreement come through multiple times via email. Not sure what is causing this or how to fix it.
