I’ve noted differences in the time stamps recorded in the DS document different than the time zone of the signees who, are in different parts of the US.  Is there a technical paper /reference explaining the time stamping methodogy used by DS?

Tell you what.  Finally found something on proper acct set-up.  Seems one of the DS default time zones was the issue.

Still interested in hearing if anyone else has time problems.  Notice one international post the resolution of which cause previously signed docs to have time stamps changed by DC which is kind of scary given what we’re trying to document using DS.

@bob.cumbers Here is a DocuSign article, special attention to the bottom section for “ Date Signed field”, which can be changed/updated by your DocuSign Admin.
