I’ve seen this asked a few times and none of the answers address the problem I’m having. I’ve added a checkbox group to my Powerform, I’ve made the validation “Select at least 1” but the final document does not show any of the selections… The Template setup... ...and on a form the user is completing... ...but on the finished product (why no chorkboxes?)… 

I have a question. I use documents with small checkboxes or radio buttons and often time when matching them to the DocuSign check boxes are radio buttons, boxes or buttons are actually covering up some on the texts on the document. Even when shrinking the boxes to it’s smallest size, it still hides some of the text. Are there any tips to help with this?

Hi Team,I get multiple requests each week to sign the documents, i use the link received to my email to sign them. However, when i login to docusign with the same email id, I can’t find the documents signed by me. All i find are the documents initiated by me where i requested signatures from others. what could be the issue here? how do i configure in a way that i see the documents singed by me. 

I have my Docusign account linked to another professional tool called ZipForm. I recently noticed that my files have not been transferred to Docusign. I cannot find them in drafts or sent. Even when I void them, they are not showing up. Seems like a major glitch that I cannot risk with my job. 

I need to export 20+ completed (identical template) envelopes sent to different people in a pdf format. I could do this manually, but there’s probably a way to do it in a single step. What method would that be?  I see there is a discussion already for using Retrieve, but I believe my admins have disabled that feature. Therefore, are there any alternatives (preferably from the web browser itself)?

Hi - I have a document with a formula field in that adds up various number fields to get a total value.  I want to then add another formula that divides the total value by a number, is this possible can I do a formula off a formula? 

I find the view very useful.  However, I have two separate documents that I send.  One for employees and one for clients.   Is there a way to replicate this view (i.e. one for employee documents and one for client documents)?    

How can I highlight something in a document before sending on docusign to highlight an important message in the document.

Hello!I have a formula field on my document which uses a dropdown field, the dropdown field choices are 1 or 2.  Dropdown field name is #Spots.The formula is [#Spots] * 100.The document shows the formula value as 0.00.no matter if 1 or 2 is selected in the #Spots.Why isn’t the formula field populating with either 100.00 or 200.00 based on the formula? 

I’m wanting to integrate Power Auotmate with DocuSign and want to know whether DocuSign Standard supports this. I understand Business Pro allows for integration but I have a customer with Business Standard licenses and I want to be able to tell them whether it’ll work with the licensing they currently have.

I am a paralegal for an IP Law Firm and use DocuSign to request the signature of the inventors on formal documents. I would say i log in at least every week. Today I log in and it looks entirely different. I don’t see any of the pending signature requests. I don’t see any of my templates. Has there been am update?

How can the recipient of an envelope change their signature after they have already adopted a signature?

Hello everyone.I would like to setup a meaningful rights role concept.I would like to have users who are “only” allowed to send simple signatures, but cannot make any other settings.There should be 3 users who can also send qualified electronic signatures, while others cannot. I would also like users to be able to send letters exclusively via API.Can this be done with the setting?Thanks - and have nice weekend

Good afternoon,  I’ve just signed up for the eSignature Business Pro plan and when I am attempting to add a new user by going into Settings → Users → Add User, the “Add User” button disappears as the page is completing the loading process. A message popped up for a brief second wrapped in a yellow box that said something about adding a second admin account and that disappeared as well. I’ve added the screenshot I was able to capture.  Why do both of these items disappear when the page fully loads?

How do you create and send an envelope on behalf of another user using the REST API? 

PDF fill fields with data entered already is being damaged, written over, blurred.Fill fields found and accepted, does not fill fields with signature and date promptsCannot manually add prompts to fill fields, will not allow - Red circle with line showsWorking with YBAA Purchase and Sale Agreement standard PDF widely used.Docusign has not worked correctly since installed, a week ago, it stopped working altogether, seemingly since their logo change. Browser choice makes no difference. Clear cache, no difference. 

We have a group who has an integration with Zengine but are receiving an error.  Any idea on to solve it? We have only found job aids that help add a plug in, revoke, or edit but nothing on how to “reauthorize”.   Thank you.   

I've been told if I upload an editable version on the tax file declaration form into docusign it populates the fields that need to be filled in by the employee.I can't find an editable version though. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi all,I have the lastest version of Android on a Samsung S23 Ultra. When I login to the app, I can do nothing...can’t type, select, scroll, it just freezes. Also when I try to use it on the mobile Chrome browser, I cannot submit anything once I’ve entered it (i.e. send a template in an envelope), no button to actually send. Has anyone else experienced this? The app is totally useless to me on mobile. Thanks,Mary K. 

What are the best ways to manage the already created External accounts (Credit card, Purchase Order etc). Though we can close the ‘free’ accounts, it is not possible to close the accounts which was purchased using Credit card/Purchase Order accounts.What is the best way to close these external accounts, especially when the employee is no longer part of the organization and it is not possible to access their e-mails.

I am new with DocuSign, but have a question, in the past I've told people that we should not accept our documents that customers sign using the customer's DS account.  For instance, we mail or email a document for their signature, and they use their DS to electronically sign it.  I have not accepted those because I was afraid that, in the event of a dispute in the future, I might have problems obtaining the audit information from DS since it wasn't my account.   am I right to take that stance?

I have the standard (£240/yr) plan and I cannot enable witnesses in Sending Settings. Help please!
