Un-Voiding

Question

The envelope I initially sent on the 21st of January was voided just recently. I wasn't able to keep track and missed the date it was to lapse.

Is there a way to un-void it?

Only one signatory was able to sign and upload a couple of documents. I need to download those documents with the "VOID" label.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or ideas that can help me here.

@MomSitterNo, there is no option to “un-void” an envelope, as this is a final state.I suggest that you “Create a copy” and re-send the envelope for signature. Then you do not need to prepare the envelope again, but the signer who had already signed needs to sign again on the new envelope.
