Saving in the middle of the process

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that you want to know how to save the progress in the middle of the process

 

If you are referring during the signing session you can view the Other Signing Actions and Additional Signing Actions

 

Docusign eSignature offers various additional signing options, including the ability to save changes and complete signing later, print and sign documents, change signing responsibility, void an envelope or document, sign through an SMS text notification, sign Part 11 module enabled documents, and sign documents with signer-held digital certificates for enhanced agreement security.

 

The Other Signing Actions tab allows you to finish signing later, print and sign on paper, assign the document to someone else, void the envelope, decline to sign, report abuse, access help, and support, view history, view certificate, view electronic record and signature disclosure, and view session information.

 

If you are referring during the envelope creation you can use the Save and Close option.

 

But there is no option to save the progress and continue working on the envelope, however, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome. 

 

If you’re a Docusign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
