Could you please help me to clarify a doubt, if a person sends me a document to sign it through docusign and if I miss the time to sign it, sending it again consumes a signature license of the person who sent it?

I understand that you want to confirm if missing to sign a document will discount an envelope send from the sender’s monthly quota, and I will clarify the topic for you.
Envelope sends count against an account’s monthly usage from the moment when they are created.
Every time that the envelope sender creates an envelope, they will be discounted 1 envelope send from their monthly usage threshold.
