I need assistance building a CSV file for Bulk Send and also for how to set up an envelope to bulk send a handbook.

You can click on the Sample CSV download button to download the CSV corresponding to your template. Make sure you are using good Data Label names as this will be the ones used on the headers of your CSV.
Can you explain what you mean by Handbook? You can send a PDF file if your handbook is in this format.
