The “Use” button is grayed out after I created the templates and paid for an annual plan. What do I do to be able to use the template?

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand that when trying to use a template the use button is greyed out.

 

I apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause you, can you provide more information about this? Are you the sole user of the account? if not are you an account Admin?

 

Does the behavior persist for other templates?

 

If there are multiple users in the account, are they also having the same issue?

 

Is the behavior the same regardless of the sender?

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
