How do I find list of documents that were singed in certain period. I am looking to download the list for last 1 week as we spotted some mistake in document and want to rectify affected parties?

Welcome to the Docusign Community!
You can run an Envelope report in the Reports page filtering by a specified date period. Of course, there are other filters that can be used to narrow the results.
