All of a sudden when I copy an envelope and delete the document and add a new one, the old document name still comes up as the envelope name.  In the past it would always re-name the envelope based on what document I uploaded…????

I am sorry to hear that your email subject line is not reflecting new documents added to your envelope, but I will assist you in getting to the root cause of the issue.

 

eSignature will only include the first document name added to the envelope by default.  

 

We have escalated this area of opportunity to our engineering team in the past through ticket ID NDSESEND-5144. However, a fix to this behavior has not yet been rolled out due to competing priorities with other projects.

 

I encourage you to consider submitting your idea to be reviewed by our development team for possible implementation, so it can be reassessed by our engineers.

 

If you’re a Docusign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request through a support case, or by reaching out to your Account Team.
