Anyone else getting Server Error and unable to get into DocuSgn to send envelopes?

I have an envelope with 6 separate documents that I have had signed by my clients. When I try to download the files onto my computer, Docusign says it’s downloading 6 files, but when I open the zip file on my desktop, it always leaves out the first file, and only downloads 5 files.  This has happened for a long time, but Docusign used to send me the files as attachments on the “all done” email it sent me, and from there I could download that one file individually. But now, it seems Docusign doesn’t attach the completed files to that email anymore. Any suggestions?

Hi it’s been 4 days I’m going back and forth with the customer service bot running in circles, I talk to an agent that was not helpful and the team called and I was supposed to get a second callback “in few minutes”, it’s been 5 hours? I have been trying at least 15 times to get in touch this is getting ridiculous im trying to spend more money but you guys don’t want to take it I’m starting to get tired what are we supposed to do to activate the “Verify Identification” feature? And yes I have a standard plan. The request is simple I used to love docusign but this is a very bad customer support experience I need that feature asap for a client and I already lost 4 hours running in circle with docusign support team I’ll have no choice but to charge back my PayPal charge if I cannot get what I have been sold. 

All of a sudden when I copy an envelope and delete the document and add a new one, the old document name still comes up as the envelope name.  In the past it would always re-name the envelope based on what document I uploaded…????

Could you please help me to clarify a doubt, if a person sends me a document to sign it through docusign and if I miss the time to sign it, sending it again consumes a signature license of the person who sent it? 

Is it possible to add a Schedule to an already signed document? For instance: a purchase agreement in which the proof of transfer of the price shall be attached, but the price will not be paid unless the purchase agreement has been signed.  

Good afternoon, I am contacting you guys with a question looking for an explanation as to what the term ‘completed’ in blue actually relates to.In our business we require all E documents to be signed. When this is added does this mean that the individual that has signed the document has actually signed it?some documents we receive from you system has a copy of the signature that was submitted.just looking for more clarification on this to help us understand it. thanks in advance. Stuart Aegon

How do I find list of documents that were singed in certain period. I am looking to download the list for last 1 week as we spotted some mistake in document and want to rectify affected parties?

Due to a recent staffing change I need to update an email that was sending on behalf of one of our VP Offices. The email being used was a personal email and that person has left our organization and we have no access to their email. I’ve created a new user but don’t see how I can swap it out for the previous email. We’d like to keep all historical envelopes in tact as well.Any help is appreciated.  

The envelope I initially sent on the 21st of January was voided just recently. I wasn't able to keep track and missed the date it was to lapse.Is there a way to un-void it?Only one signatory was able to sign and upload a couple of documents. I need to download those documents with the "VOID" label.Thanks in advance for any suggestions or ideas that can help me here.

Is there a way to extend the time of expiration for an envelope which is expiring soon?

I am creating a CLM application but when i use the document in a workflow it comes up as a contract.  I want to be able to edit fields that had dropdowns before the form was generated during a signature process.  How do i do that?

When I add a note of instruction to a document, do I keep myself as the designated signer, or the recipient? I want the recipient to see the note, but I don’t want it to be on the final document.

We are using DocuSign connectors in Power Automate to send documents for signature to recipients. I am using the "Generate embedded signing URL" connector. However, this link will expire once the recipient opens and closes the browser. If they reopen the URL, it shows the DocuSign page and indicates that the link has expired.

Email notification even after unchecking all the notification under preference

I need assistance building a CSV file for Bulk Send and also for how to set up an envelope to bulk send a handbook.  

Unable to locate, as in, not showing in my account, all docs signed 2020 through 2021. Account is only going back and showing me files that are the last two years immediately, I need ALL FILES now. 

I haven’t dug into the eNotary much yet, but one of our teams is looking to implement RON into their workflows.  The contracts are currently sent with the eSignatue api utilizing the C# SDK.  My question is how difficult it is to change this to use the eNotary API are there any guides to do this without having to rebuild all the existing code or is it just as simple as enabling the document for notary when I send the API call?

I have an admin account but the option to enable signing order by default is not an option. Has that option gone away or do I not have the right type of admin account?

The “Use” button is grayed out after I created the templates and paid for an annual plan. What do I do to be able to use the template?

I am trying to create an informed consent form that will go to parents/guardians but through educators. The goal of form is to have educators forward the document to their students parents and guardians, have the parents/guardians complete the form, and then a signed copy is sent to me as the primary collector and to the educator to ensure they know which students are participating and which are not. I believe I can do this in a power form but when I test it it does not populate correctly. How do I accomplish this? Thank you.
