Hi, 

I migrated my DocuSign Records using the migration tool. However, it says it only migrates those that are Completed, Voided or Declined.  How do I get the ones that are in the Sent Status over to the new DocuSign Status object for Apps Launcher?

Thank you for reaching back. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you, after review there is no option to achieve this, the limitation is set by design, this is because if an envelope is sent via Docusign for Salesforce and if they’re still in progress, any updates to those status records are occurring on the Docusign for Salesforce version of the records. This means that envelopes sent via Docusign for Salesforce cannot update the records. So we will need to have the two DocuSign Status objects on the page layout forever in order to get to the few records that were in ‘Sent’ Status at the time of migrating? If we uninstall the Legacy DocuSign, would those ones that never moved over (even after being completed) be deleted as well? I can’t believe this is by design to have the ability to loose records.

Thank you for reaching back, if you uninstall the package, will meant that you will be deleting the legacy status objects, including Docusign Status and Recipient Status objects, in this case, you will need to keep the legacy package installed if you intend on continuing to update legacy status records. Now, you don’t need to keep the legacy status on the page layout, but at least you will need to keep the legacy package installed until you are sure that you have everything you need before you uninstall the package.
