Hello everyone,

Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign console

it opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. 

Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

 

Any error when interacting with your eSignature user would be logged in as part our your API logs. You can enable logging in your user preferences, as explained below:

API Request Logging
Once enabled, you will want to recreate the issue, and then downloading the logs immediately after. If you don’t get the error logged as part of the user’s records, then the root cause of the issue would lay on Schwab Advisor Center’s integration with eSignature.
