The update API under Templates seems to be not working. Unable to set autoMatch as false for the templates via the Docusign eSignature REST API

If the document is set to be excluded or doesn't match the template, it won't be included. Additionally, there might be an issue where the document get uploading isn't readable by DocuSign, which could be causing the matching process to fail. If you could attach an example document and template to the case support case with us and attach the API logs    it would greatly assist our investigation.
