Could you attempt to disconnect your DocuSign Apps Launcher from the troubleshooting page and try to reconnect from the normal Apps Launcher interface?: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=izj1586134369853&topicId=oks1610512362945.html&_LANG=enus

Still getting the same error after I disconnected DS and reconnected to Demo Org. via DS App launcher…

This hasn’t changed on our Staging environment, which we refreshed recently.
Out App launcher version is 6.9. 

(See case #14116864 and #13851867)
