Is it possible to send Docusign email with the user who initiates docusign from Dynamics 365 crm. The power automate connectors have Account value to fill which expects Docusign Account details and CRM User details cannot be filled there.

The Docusign email should be sent from the business user’s name/email address. Currently Docusign email domain(*****@docusign.net) is sending notification emails to User. This can be updated by creating a custom domain with specific email address. Once custom domain is configured, emails would be sent through custom domain email address. Specfic Requirement : Is it possible to send Docusign email with the user who initiates docusign from Dynamics 365 crm. The power automate connectors have Account value to fill which expects Docusign Account details and CRM User details cannot be filled there. Emails must be send with the business user email id instead of docusign domain or custom domain.

signed docusign documents no longer generating folder and saving to it in sharepoint

Hi, this has been working up until the beginning of February, for the last 2 years or so. When a user in sharepoint selects a document to sign using docusign, they sign it, a Docusign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored in there. This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of document is no longer saved in Sharepoint? Any ideas?

Power Automate Trigger Event: When a recipient is signed doesn't exist

Hello, I am trying to get the response of each of my recipients whenever they are signed. At the moment using the Power automate connector we could only receive the response once the envelope is completed. I tried using recipient-signed as custom value but no luck. Is there a way to get the recipient response using the PA connector ? If yes how is it possible to do it ? Thanks

Next does not work. 30 times clicked still no window to create the envelope

when using this integration with google drive, I select the PDF. add the recipient (I should never be one). click next and then next and next and next.. I am up to 30 and still no window to fill out the fields to send to signer. Why?

Docusign Outlook Plugin gives "Something went wrong" for all users in our organization

Good morning I hope all is well! Seeking some assistance with a DocuSign issue in our environment that is impacting all users who are using the classic desktop classic version of Outlook. Once they click on the DocuSign plugin in their outlook, it doesn’t grab the attachments in the email, so you had to manually add the attachments but when you do that and try to proceed with sign now, you are hit with an error and all it says it “Something Went Wrong” with no other context at all. Interestingly enough, if we have the users on “New Outlook” the DocuSign plugin does work but this opens up another can of worms as the experience in this “New Outlook” isn’t the greatest and is missing out on some key features that our end users to rely on with this being needed for Judges and Public Safety personnel. I do know that this year Microsoft is going to be retiring a number of services and i’m wondering if this could be a result one of those like Oauth? Any thoughts/ideas on this would be greatly

power automate pre filled tabs

I’m trying to populate a docusign template from power automate that has pre-fill tabs. "When envelope status changes" trigger is not fired. How to set connecntion between DocuSign and Power Automate

I’m having an issue where the trigger “When envelope status changes” is not being fired. It seems this is because there’s no connection established between DocuSign and Power Automate. I understand that a connection needs to be set up, but I’m not sure whether this is based on webhooks or if there’s another way to get the trigger working. Any insights would be appreciated!Any links or tutorials on how to set up a webhook to connect DocuSign with the Microsoft Power Platform would be really helpful as well. Thanks in advance!

pre populate fields in envelope in power automate

I previously asked a question about the Pre-fill Tools fields and how to populate them using docusign. I got this working but I misunderstood the use case for them, they dont fit my requirement. I have a form with a number of standard fields and I would like to fill them before sending to the signer. I have been able to use the ‘Get recipient tabs from envelope’ to get a list of all my fields e.g. I have a standard field in the form called OrgName. Here I am using the action ‘Get recipient tabs from envelope’ { "tabType": "text", "value": "", "tabLabel": "OrgName", "documentId": "1", "tabId": "6367e668-ac81-462f-862b-26d204458056", "recipientId": "1" }, I would like to populate this with text in power automate before sending the envelope. Is this possible?

Get all Completed documents by Power Automate

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with an "Until" loop in my Power Automate workflow that isn't functioning as expected. The loop is supposed to continue running as long as the hasMoreResults property in the API response is set to true. Here are the details: Workflow Configuration: I'm using an "Until" loop with the condition @equals(body('Copilot:_List_envelopes_1')['hasMoreResults'],true).The loop has a limit of a maximum of 60 iterations or a maximum runtime of 1 hour (PT1H). API Response: The API response includes the property "hasMoreResults": true, indicating that there are more results available.The response consistently provides only 10 records or envelopes, which are processed correctly. Problem: Despite the hasMoreResults: true property, the loop ends after one iteration and does not retrieve additional results.I've verified that the condition is correctly implemented and the API response is as expected. Google Drive Upload option is not working

For the past week, when using the upload feature, using our linked Google Drive option, the options screen has a bug. We cannot scroll to find documents and the upload box is not working propertly. We figured it would be fixed, but its been like this for a week.

Could not generate document

I’m not able to preview the document. Getting “Could not generate document "2_FR_Conditions generales_WORD": [103] Please ensure user has access to all the fields in template. Reference ID: 0dc6a27f-b376-4f6e-ba76-8f3c10def389” but in this template I’m only using one field and I have the access as well but still getting this error.

Unable to open word attachments embedded word file in the signed document

I have completed an agreement via docusign. I have uploaded a file with word files embedded in the document. Once the agreement signed, the attachments or the embedded files are unable to open in the signed docusign file. I tried to check the envelope and see if I could find the original file in word file or try to open the attachment I'm the file, but all I see is the signed pdf file in my dashboard. Anyone knows what to do to let the parties has the access to the attachment? Thanks.

Issue with DocuSign Merge Fields in Dynamics 365 CRM Process Action

Hi Team, I hope you're doing well. I've been testing the integration of DocuSign with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using a free developer account. I created a document template in DocuSign and configured merge fields using the Data Label option. In Dynamics CRM, I created a process action that uses the DocuSign document template ID to create an envelope. Within the same process, I added: An AddRecipient step, which successfully pulls the customer’s name and email from the CRM record. A MergeMultipleFields step to populate the merge fields in the document based on values from the CRM entity, referencing the same Data Labels defined in the template. The envelope is sent successfully to the recipient, and the recipient information is correctly added. However, the merge fields in the document are not being populated with the data as expected. I came across some information suggesting that merge fields might require an Advanced Solutions Plan, but I’m not entirely sure if that applies to my d

Using Power Automate to apply a template to an uploaded document

Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope. I have created the following flow to accomplish this: The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document. Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields for the recipient. At the same time the sample document in the template should be removed and replaced by the added document. Thanks in advance.

Trouble Mapping a Salesforce Object via Docusign Apps Launcher

04.02.2025 Good evening. I am hoping that has run into this same issue & can provide some hints or actions on how we can resolve this issue. We are configuring a Docusign Demo\UAT CLM Account to be integrated with a Salesforce Sandbox Organization. The issue we are having is that after we have successfully gone through the 2 steps of logging into Salesforce using our Salesforce integration user & also logging into Docusign using our Docusign integration user. When we go to map a Salesforce object via the DAL. The process just spins & it never completes. We have tried this several times but each time we got the results, no completion, process just spins & then times out. Automating Offer Letter Generation and E-signature in Power Automate with DocuSign Integration

What I’ve Built So Far: I have a form in my model-driven app that HR fills out after an interview if they plan to send an offer letter. The form contains the following fields: Candidate Name Start Date Offered Salary Signed Return By Date Position Date of Letter These fields match the placeholders in multiple offer letter templates stored in DocuSign. The correct template should be selected based on the job position. What I Want to Automate: When HR submits the form, Power Automate should: Identify the correct offer letter template based on the position. Populate the template with the candidate's details from Dataverse. Send the offer letter for e-signature using DocuSign. Our contract (daily, weekly) and disclosure (NY, CA, VA) documents are in separate Gen Templates, each linked to specific rules. For example, if frequency = daily and billing address = NY, then the daily contract and NY disclosure are sent for signature. Issue: Both templates are successfully sent for signature, but while the contract correctly displays the picklist, signature, and date signed fields (configured via the envelope template), the disclosure does not show these fields. As a result, both templates cannot be completed smoothly. I have created multiple support tickets, but due to the complexity of the scenario, I haven’t found a clear solution or resource. At this point, I’m not even sure if DocuSign supports this functionality as expected. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a solution? Thank you!

DocuSign for SharePoint Grant Consent Required

We try to implement DocuSign in our Sharepoint envirenment. According to the knowledgebase the first step is: From a SharePoint document library, select ... > Manage Docusign Administration Settings. The Settings window displays in a new browser tab. But i can’t find this on any document library. Any idea where I can find this? Or where I can do this: To use Docusign for SharePoint, a tenant admin must grant permissions to the app. From a document library, select Manage Administration Settings in the Docusign menu and click Grant consent. Add supplemental document via Envelope Template

Hello Community, I like to add additional documents (supplemantal documents) to an envelope. The situation is as follows: The document is generated in Salesforce I use an Envelope Template, created in Salesforce and available at the Docusign website, to assigne the Roles to the contacts Docusign opens In Docusign I created two additional templates one with supplement document A and one for B Docusign matches the Template for A Expected behaviour: to the uploaded document from Salesforce supplement document A is added and send also to the customer Actual: the template is matched, but the supplement document is not added When I add the documents to the envelope template from Salesforce, file A and B appears.
