Hi
I am unabe to create merge field in Docusign Salesfroce. Getting Error : This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.
FYI : I have a eSignatureBusiness pro plan.
Also unable to get the correct link to log a case for this issue.

This error is usually related to the account not having the Merge Fields feature enabled. Account admin can follow the steps in this knowledge article to confirm if this feature is available, https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/DAL-Error-This-account-lacks-sufficient-permissions-to-use-custom-tab?language=en_US
Allow Merge Fields is a paid feature and may incur additional charges. You can refer to this pricing and product page to understand more. It also has the contact number for Docusign Sales team.
