Unable to create merge field. Getting Error "This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields."

Hi

I am unabe to create merge field in Docusign Salesfroce. Getting Error : This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.

FYI : I have a eSignatureBusiness pro plan.

Also unable to get the correct link to log a case for this issue.
