I have completed an agreement via docusign. I have uploaded a file with word files embedded in the document. Once the agreement signed, the attachments or the embedded files are unable to open in the signed docusign file.
I tried to check the envelope and see if I could find the original file in word file or try to open the attachment I'm the file, but all I see is the signed pdf file in my dashboard. Anyone knows what to do to let the parties has the access to the attachment?

I’m not quite understanding, can you clarify? How were the word files attached, via an attachment field? Are you wanting the signers to access the actual Word document instead of the PDF? Do you not see the attached documents at the end of the signed document?

I also have a similar problem i.e. I have embedded attachments to a Word-document that, after having signed the document and converted into into PDF, can’t be opened.
How can this be fixed?
Docusign eSignature does not support embedded documents. These will be automatically removed, when you upload the Word document to Docusign, when it will be converted to PDF.
You can upload the embedded documents individually into Docusign eSignature, if you want them to be part of the transaction. If no signature is needed you may flag them as Supplemental Documents.
