Hello,

I am trying to get the response of each of my recipients whenever they are signed. At the moment using the Power automate connector we could only receive the response once the envelope is completed. I tried using recipient-signed as custom value but no luck.

Is there a way to get the recipient response using the PA connector ? If yes how is it possible to do it ?

Thanks

Hello @redaz,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We are absolutely delighted to have you here and can't wait to share our knowledge with you.

You can customize your Docusign connect settings to include other events, and the trigger will process them. The trigger is a single-select list, and if you are looking for ‘recipient-completed’ and not ‘signed,’ do not switch the trigger to ‘recipient-completed’ unless that is the only event you want in your flow.

If you want both ‘recipient-completed,’ leave the trigger as is and manually add the ‘recipient-completed’ event to the Connect configuration. The trigger won’t reflect this new event, so you just need to remember that you’ve added it.

I hope you find this helpful. If you believe this response effectively addresses your question, please click “Select as Best” to help other users with similar questions, locate it more easily. Should you require any additional assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you!
