signed docusign documents no longer generating folder and saving to it in sharepoint

Hi, 

 

this has been working up until the beginning of February, for the last 2 years or so.

 

When a user in sharepoint selects a document to sign using docusign, they sign it, a Docusign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored in there.

This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of document is no longer saved in Sharepoint?

Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear that your completed documents are not being stored in a custom Sharepoint folder as expected, but I will assist you in correcting the issue.

 

Has an administrator confirmed if the “Store in a dedicated folder in the originating document library” option was selected in the DocuSign for Sharepoint Online integration’s settings?
