Next does not work. 30 times clicked still no window to create the envelope

Question

when using this integration with google drive, I select the PDF.  add the recipient (I should never be one). click next and then next and next and next.. I am up to 30 and still no window to fill out the fields to send to signer. Why?

Hi ​@Robertoj13!After you click Next, the next step would be open a new pop-up in your browser with Docusign eSignature platform, like this example below.If this is not happening, the first thing I would recommend is to check your browser pop-up settings, as it’s very possible to be blocking Docusign from loading a new tab.
