Question

"When envelope status changes" trigger is not fired. How to set connecntion between DocuSign and Power Automate

Forum|alt.badge.img

I’m having an issue where the trigger “When envelope status changes” is not being fired. It seems this is because there’s no connection established between DocuSign and Power Automate. I understand that a connection needs to be set up, but I’m not sure whether this is based on webhooks or if there’s another way to get the trigger working. Any insights would be appreciated!Any links or tutorials on how to set up a webhook to connect DocuSign with the Microsoft Power Platform would be really helpful as well. Thanks in advance!

@chainsaw_tom

Usually the simplest path. Just create a DocuSign connection in Power Automate, use the When an envelope status changes trigger, and ensure the same DocuSign environment/account is being used.
