Hello @ioSven ,
Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community. Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
If you have created multiple templates with similar documents inside it, I would suggest to lower the template matching percentage to pull up multiple templates.
This would allow you to choose which template you would need at that time.
Please use this link for reference. Set Template Matching Behavior

Hello @rodolfo.napay ,
thanks for your reply. The matching is 100%, because I am already using the 25 words in the header of the document.
In order to provide a better explanation.
- I created three Envelope Templates (one in Salesforce and two at Docusign)
- The one in Salesforce is used to set the righty recipients, but without the supplement files
- From Salesforce I use a button which I created in Salesforce
- Then, short before sending, I get the message Template A is the matching Template
- Template A is one of the Envelope Templates I created on the website of Docusign and includes the supplment documents
- I expect now, that the supplement documents show up, but they don’t
Maybe it is now better to understand.
Thanks and have a nice day,
Sven
Hello @ioSven
Can you please try to reduce the matching sensitivity to 50% and observe for a week so we can check?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hello @marco.tanglao,
the matching sensivity in my preferences is 60%.
Is it possible that Docusign pulls the documents?
Thanks and have a nice day,
Sven
Hello @ioSven
I’m currently checking on this and reaching out to our Salesforce expert to confirm this.
I’ll let you know as soon as I hear from them.
