Hello,I noticed the following. If, in a template with a predefined subject line, the ‘Customise email and language for each recipient’ checkbox is selected and then deselected again, the predefined subject line is overwritten with the file name of the stored template. The subject line remains unchanged even if the checkbox is selected again and must be adjusted manually. The email text itself remains unchanged.

I have an eSignature Business Pro subscription and should be able to send 10 envelops to 99 recipients per month. I am still within my 10 envelopes but not able to send an envelop to more than 19 recipients. Could you help me how I can send the envelop to more recipients. I need to send it to around 33 people.  

I assume if this existed I would have found it by now, but is there any way for me, as an Admin (or anyone) to officially assign DocuSign University courses to a User for our account? And know whether they’ve completed a course? I’m getting really tired of answering the same questions from staff because they’re not going through the training I’ve asked them to watch.

I have triple checked that a client’s name is spelt correct in my contacts area as well as their email address. When they sign, the last name is spelled in their signature incorrectly. So odd. Where is the error and how can this be fixed??

Our goal is to avoid creating local DocuSign accounts for partners due to governance and lifecycle management challenges.Here’s our current setup and what we’ve tried so far: Identity provider: Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) DocuSign integration: Already enabled and working for internal employees and contractors (claimed domain) Partner access model: Partners have Entra B2B guest accounts in our tenant Feature enabled: “Allow account users with unclaimed domain email addresses log in using SSO” (Third Party Login) Issue: When testing in our lower environment, the login process stops at the ACS URL (Assertion Consumer Service endpoint). I raised an issue with my unlimited envelope account on 16th September where I could not send any envelopes as I had exceeded my limit - despite having an unlimited account. They (eventually) came back to me saying I had sent too many in a month and it would reset in 2 days. That was 25th September and here we are now still unable to send envelopes. I constantly chase them and it has now been sent to an internal engineering team but I have heard nothing since 3rd October. This is massively affecting our ability to trade and we have now sought out alternative providers for e signatures to ensure that we can operate our business legally. Where is the support? How can I escalate this as this is not acceptable?

We have multiple sites that we look after, every site has it’s own employer entity.We create all employment documentation centrally at head office, so how can I add different company letterheads to my envelopes? 

Hello, I need urgent help please. I have been using DocuSign integrated with SharePoint for a year now and all has been fine until now. whenever i try to get a signature through SharePoint to DocuSign it comes up with the following error above. any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Alex

I have a customer who is looking to validate payment information (credit cards mostly) during the Docusign process. They want to use a payment gateway, such as Stripe, to collect payment information. However, they want to verify that the payment information is valid. They often incur bounced payments from incorrect information when they collect this manually. Do we know if the payment gateways are validating the payment information when we collect it? The documentation doesn't explicitly say this, so they want to confirm if this is happening or not. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

When a Recipient needs to sign with two witnesses and one of those witnesses needs to be corrected, it does not allow you to just correct the one witness, unless 1 of the witnesses has already signed. It automatically changes the second witness to the same as the first witness. Is this a glitch?

My organization wants to lower the complexity of collecting signatures for a specific form. This form is challenging because we have 3 dynamic parties and initially only party B knows both A and C  A: My organizationB: 3rd party intermediary   C: Customer. The issue is that A currently has to send the template to B but initially only B knows the name and contact information for C. Currently what we’re doing is A initiates the form sending to B and having B use the “Correct Envelope” or “Bulk” process to fill in the information for C. This process happens several hundred times for each party B and is labor intensive for B.  Staff has requested that I setup a PowerForms and host a link on our site so C can initiate the process. However, this creates the same problem in reverse. B can provide contact information for B and A to C with the Form link to C. Hi TeamI updated the resource file to disable downloads during signing:<data name="DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload">false</data>This hides the Download option as expected during Review/Signing, but it also hides it for Completed Documents. I want the Download button hidden while signing and visible once the document is completed.I tried enabling it for completed documents with:<data name="DocuSignComplete_AllowDownload">true</data>However, the Download option is still not visible on completed documents.Could you please help on this.

Recently, some our Docusign users with DS Sender permissions have been experiencing issues sending envelopes from the Docusign platform. When they click on Envelopes and then Send an Envelope, the action receives no response and after a few minutes, the request fails with a ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (201) error. This issue is occurring intermittently for some of our users.Anyone has faced similar issue?

I have been trying since last April to get subscription canceled, get refund and thought it was taken care of until I got renewal notice in email tonight. It won’t let me open a new case to have them call me or respond to this request. So this forum will hopefully get the attention it needs to respond to the attached emails last year…. It appears that AI is now scanning documents and alerting the document owner when a document has the words “expiring” or “expiration” or perhaps even just finding dates and then adding a notification to the home page for the user that a document is expiring soon. This is actually not very helpful since I have documents that list details of an expiration date for material that is being used in production. The document is not expiring, but the notification gives the impression that it is. How do we turn off this functionality when it is not useful? 

We use DocuSign for processing B2B credit applications. A common scenario we encounter is that an administrator at a customer’s company fills out the credit application form (sent via a Powerform linked to our credit application template), but afterward, they need to send it to an executive for signature.Much to their frustration, they discover that they cannot delegate the envelope to someone else once the form has been filled out. This limitation creates friction in our workflow and causes confusion for our customers.Having the ability to delegate an envelope after the form is completed would be a significant improvement for our business use case.

Hello everybody,I would like to create an automated Powerautomate Signing-Workflow with DocuSign an create a qualified electronic signature (QES). Therefore a validation workflow is necessary. We use D-Trust (Bundesdruckerei) in Germany. I need to input the verification Type as a parameter. But I am not sure what to choose or how to correctly address / initiate this verification workflow exactely. Any expericence or idea how to solve this? Thanks! Uli 

Hello, I am new here and I wanted to get a copy of the document i signed a couple months ago but the link on the email i was sent has expired so i cannot access the document. I am the recipient and from my understanding of similar questions, it is only the sender/admin that could help me access it. However i also read that the account plan i have (free) could be reason because it might not support some advanced options. I was wondering if i upgraded to the “personal” plan i would be able to access that document from a couple months ago. My old admin does not work with the company anymore so i don’t know who to contact. Thanks for the help, Rafael 

Hello,I was reviewing one of the templates in Docusign and I noticed an envelope ID on the top document before it was even signed, any suggestion on what happened or if there is setting that I need to turn off?Can the API embed the envelope ID into the PDF document when preparing the envelope?   Best regards,Emad

I have updated several existing templates and need to know what happens to the in progress envelopes that were created using these templates before they were updated. Is there a way to go into the in progress envelope and update to the newer template? I have tried using “Manage Applied Templates” but it does not update to the new version. Any help is appreciated.

If I have a document that needs to be signed by 3 different parties, and I don’t want the first signer to see the last signers information they have to fill in, is this possible to execute? 

When sending out documents to clients to sign , the data is getting distorted . Eg . The ‘Table of Contents’ page gets jumbled , the topics and their page numbers usually have spacking between them but now they are close to each other . As seen in the image , in the first line , the number ‘8’ should be below the ‘Page’ title . TL DR: “  when you upload a contract to Docusign , it distorts the content page when sent for signature “

Is there some way to have prefilled fields that don’t show up on the customer side?  My use case is a follows:Sender fills in a few prefilled fields that are needed as part of contract text Also need sender to complete other fields for internal tracking and downstream use with API or automations - not visible to signer.Is this possible? How can I do this?
