The recipient limit with an eSignature Business Pro subscription

I have an eSignature Business Pro subscription and should be able to send 10 envelops to 99 recipients per month. I am still within my 10 envelopes but not able to send an envelop to more than 19 recipients. Could you help me how I can send the envelop to more recipients. I need to send it to around 33 people.

  • Account name
  •  Account number in question
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Case number (if one has already been created)
