Hello everybody,

I would like to create an automated Powerautomate Signing-Workflow with DocuSign an create a qualified electronic signature (QES). Therefore a validation workflow is necessary. We use D-Trust (Bundesdruckerei) in Germany. I need to input the verification Type as a parameter. But I am not sure what to choose or how to correctly address / initiate this verification workflow exactely. Any expericence or idea how to solve this? Thanks! Uli

To include ID verification, it should be added under the Add recipient to an envelope (V2) > Signature Type.

Hi Jenny, 

thank you for your answer. Compared to yours, I have no items available in the Verification workflow drop-down menue. What could be the reason? what can I do? (DocuSign is available in Connections)  Thanks in advance for your support!

Could you please try adding the verification workflow here: https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/identity-verification

If you were unable to add or you have already added but still their is no option from the dropdown, it would be best to submit a support ticket, so they can check your account configuration and provide further troubleshooting.
