When sending out documents to clients to sign , the data is getting distorted . Eg . The ‘Table of Contents’ page gets jumbled , the topics and their page numbers usually have spacking between them but now they are close to each other . 


As seen in the image , in the first line , the number ‘8’ should be below the ‘Page’ title .

 

TL DR: 
“  when you upload a contract to Docusign , it distorts the content page when sent for signature “

The document format is converted to a PDF when adding/uploading a document to an envelope or Template in Docusign. This is likely the cause. The best solution is to convert the document to a PDF, make adjustments, save it as a PDF, and then upload it to DocuSign.
