Selecting and deselecting the checkbox rewrites the subject line.
Hello,
I noticed the following. If, in a template with a predefined subject line, the ‘Customise email and language for each recipient’ checkbox is selected and then deselected again, the predefined subject line is overwritten with the file name of the stored template. The subject line remains unchanged even if the checkbox is selected again and must be adjusted manually.
The email text itself remains unchanged.

This has nothing to do with the browser, cache or cookie behaviour.
I think it would be easy for the developers to reproduce the error and see why the individual subject line is overwritten when the fields are refreshed, but the individual email text is restored.
First of all, I would be grateful if you could confirm the behaviour I described in my first post. For me, this is an error.
Hello @Jochen Homborg I’m sorry that the issue is still unresolved. I reproduced the issue, but I did not experience the same thing. That’s why I asked you to do the basic troubleshooting steps, which mostly resolve this problem. Could you send me a screenshot of the issue? Also, can you confirm whether you still encounter the same thing after troubleshooting?

I’m working together with my colleague Jochen and to double check I also did the troubleshooting you suggested.
Even after troubleshooting the outcome is the same. Before you have the normal subject
and after checking and then unchecking the box, the name of the document appears in the subject.
And then there is no turning back to normal. We also had a chat with our Customer Success Manager and he will forward this bug to the Engineering Team.
