When a Recipient needs to sign with two witnesses and one of those witnesses needs to be corrected, it does not allow you to just correct the one witness, unless 1 of the witnesses has already signed. It automatically changes the second witness to the same as the first witness. Is this a glitch?

We appreciate your taking the time to bring this to our attention. We conducted a test to replicate the issue you described, but did not experience the same behavior; specifically, the system allowed us to correct one witness without automatically changing the other.
Could you please let us know if this happens with all envelopes where you have corrected witness information, or only specific cases?
In the meantime, we recommend trying some troubleshooting steps such as;
- Clearing your browser cache,
- Using an incognito/private browsing window
- Try to access from a different device or browser.
These actions often resolve unexpected behaviors.

Thank you for your response. So I tried the steps above and it worked but I need to do this often and it keeps reverting back to the same issue. It happens on all envelopes.
