It appears that AI is now scanning documents and alerting the document owner when a document has the words “expiring” or “expiration” or perhaps even just finding dates and then adding a notification to the home page for the user that a document is expiring soon. This is actually not very helpful since I have documents that list details of an expiration date for material that is being used in production. The document is not expiring, but the notification gives the impression that it is. How do we turn off this functionality when it is not useful?

I understand that you would like to turn off the AI-Based Expiry Detection feature on your account. Turn the AI Data Controls setting off or on.
The setting toggle is located on the Docusign Admin: AI Data Controls page.

- Log in to your Docusign account.	
The Docusign Home page displays.
 - Select Admin from the global header.	
The Docusign Admin page displays.
Note: The AI Data Controls setting is an account-level setting. If necessary, select Accounts from the pane on the left and choose the relevant account:
 - Select AI Data Controls from the ACCOUNT section in the navigation pane on the left.	
The Docusign Admin: AI Data Controls view displays. Use this page to turn the AI Data Controls toggle off or on.
 - Select the AI Data Controls toggle to change the setting.	
- Turn off the toggle (gray position) to revoke consent to Docusign using your data for AI training.
 - Turn on the toggle (blue position) to consent to Docusign using your data for AI training. Keep in mind that data is aggregated and anonymized before it is used for AI training.
 
 - Select SAVE.
