I assume if this existed I would have found it by now, but is there any way for me, as an Admin (or anyone) to officially assign DocuSign University courses to a User for our account? And know whether they’ve completed a course? I’m getting really tired of answering the same questions from staff because they’re not going through the training I’ve asked them to watch.

Thanks for posting your question — we’re happy to share our knowledge!

Currently, neither Administrators nor any other users can directly assign courses to other users or view their completion status or rates within Docusign University. The only method to ascertain a user’s progress is to directly ask them the courses they have enrolled in and completed. Alternatively, you can contact us at docusignuniversity@docusign.com for a general overview of course enrollment and completion numbers across your account. However, due to our privacy policies, we are unable to disclose the identities of the users.
