We have multiple sites that we look after, every site has it’s own employer entity.

We create all employment documentation centrally at head office, so how can I add different company letterheads to my envelopes?

Are you referring to the letterhead that appears on the actual document itself? If so, this needs to be included in the document before it’s uploaded to Docusign. You would create a separate template for each company with its specific letterhead embedded in the document.

On the other hand, we have the Branding feature, where you can customize the signing experience and the email your recipient receives. This means logos and colors are shown during signing and in notification emails, but it doesn't change the document's appearance itself
