Should envelopes sent to bulk recipients appear in the bulk actions log?  I enabled this on our account and a user informed me they sent 30+ envelopes yesterday using bulk sending.  However, I see nothing in the logs. Perhaps I am not looking in the right place?

I understand you are trying to search for the envelopes sent in bulk by your users, and they do not appear in the Bulk actions logs. I apologize for the inconvenience, and rest assured, I will make every effort to assist you.

The Bulk Actions log does not include details about Bulk Send. However, you can access another user’s bulk send envelopes and manage them using Shared Access: Shared Access to Envelopes. Another is to utilize the Standard Report: Envelope Report.

Thank you.  As Administrators in our organization, we do not want to use Shared Access or the Envelope Report to monitor bulk send actions across many teams using DocuSign. After my post, I noticed in our developer environment the Monitor solution has an option to setup an alert for bulk sending. This likely makes the most sense but we currently do not have Monitor on our production environment. We are not sure yet if we will take on additional cost for this added service.
