How to cancel billing on plan with deleted email?

Because my DocuSign account is linked to a business email that I no longer have after leaving the company, it has greyed out any billing options, and won't let me create a support account and flagged it as spam when I tried to create an account here. I had to use my personal account to even ask this question. 

 

Any help so I don't get billed in perpetuity?

You should be able to go to ‘get help’

https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US&rsc_301

then scroll down to “I can’t access my account” and get to support that way.
