Hi there, I’m a real estate agent. I’ve been using docusign for over a decade. I’ve never had soo many issues with his company. Docusign has charged me an extra subscription and will not get back to me. It’s been a week since this has happened. I opened a case and they keep sending me the same email over and over stating that they are sorry and will call me the next day. How does this company get away with no customer service! Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
