Is there a way to get ahold of documents that were sent to you, when you weren’t a user? Before you had an account?

If you have the original email you can try to follow the link/request a new link. Or you could contact the sender and have them forward you a copy. But I do not believe DocuSign stores documents outside of accounts.

You’ll need to access DocuSign from the email address the old ones were sent to. So if they were sent to you when you had a @yahoo email address but now you use @gmail, then you’ll need to sign in to DocuSign with that yahoo email.
