I did not receive the email to sign a document (I suppose the other party recipient also dit not). What is the problem here.

 

  1. have you set recipient order for signer? could you share the screenshot of recipients in Envelope?
  2. if the setting is correct, please open a case with support team and confirm whether got 250 code from you mail server.

There are several reasons why you might not have received the email:

your email was entered incorrectly

your email provider blocked ‘DocuSign’  

the message went to spam/junk

 

You can check your spam/junk folder and ask the sender to verify your address and resend. 

My office just finished up a busy season - and I had to resend over a dozen messages to people who did not receive them. A few took several retries before the message was received.

Hi, 

I have checked all the suggestions by mr1. Thank you.

However, I am quite sure it was the right adress and it was not in my junk box.

I have rresent and it worked so I dont know what went wrong. I know for the 1st try that my recipient received it but not me the sender (while I choose so).

Anyway thanks for the help.
