Good Afternoon - When I logged into my account just now to send an envelope to a client for signature, I had a message on the main page that I do not have access to send envelopes. I have had the ability to send envelopes since my account was opened several years ago. I sent an envelope two weeks ago. What has changed to my account? Thank you for your help.

If you are still unable to send an envelope, you may consider verifying the following;
- If you have multiple accounts with Docusign, verify that you are logged into the specific account that has permission to send envelopes.
- If you are part of an organization, contact your account administrator to ensure your permissions are correctly configured and that your user role has not recently changed.
